Summers in Tahoe are short …..waaaay too short. But they don’t disappoint with beautiful spots for lifestyle family photos!  Which is why we have the best unofficial (?) hashtag - #truckeelove. The trick to scheduling wildflower family portraits in the summer is finding the flowers in time!! Thankfully, a Instagram friend shared this secret spot with myself and my Tahoe photographer friend! As you can tell by the photo of me below…..we were SUPER excited.

Thank you to my sweet families that signed up very last minute and kept the kiddos out a little later for sunset and the best light! Hopefully next year we can do this again!
